DESCRIPTION:Battle of Stoney Creek\n\n\n\n\nSaturday\, June 1\, 10 am to 10 pm & Sunday\, June 2\, 2024\, 10 am to 4:30 pm. \nRe-enactor registration coming soon \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nBattlefield House Museum & Park\, National Historic Site presents the annual Re-enactment of the Battle of Stoney Creek. Discover Canadian heritage and re-live firsthand the thrill and pageantry of the battle that was a turning point of the War of 1812. \nWitness the re-enactment of the Battle of Stoney Creek June 6\, 1813\, a significant turning point in the War of 1812. Bring the whole family for period games\, food\, demonstrations\, historical music and fireworks. Visit the merchants and military encampment and discover traditional pastimes. Don’t miss the narrated ‘Great Peace Game’ of Haudenosaunee Lacrosse on the Battlefield prior to each Battle Re-enactment on Saturday.
